100x Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 100x platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Terms Acceptance & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 100x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must refrain from using our platform.
To register and use the 100x platform, you must:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Not be on a self-exclusion list or any list barring you from the platform.
- Not acting on behalf of any unauthorised third party.
This platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. 100x reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the above criteria without prior notice.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 100x platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure along with forfeiture of any existing balance. 100x reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as an additional security measure.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 100x will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 100x platform, you agree to abide by all applicable rules and to refrain from any prohibited activities. Your responsibilities include the following:
The platform may only be used for personal and entertainment purposes. Commercial use, automated bots, or automated betting systems are strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, collude with other players, or engage in fraud of any kind is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited. Bonuses and promotions are only eligible for one account per user, per household, and per IP address.
Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Use of an account by anyone other than the registered owner is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 100x platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The platform bears no responsibility for any legal violations committed by users.
All communications with the support team or other users must be respectful and professional. Threatening, abusive, or harassing language is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 100x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, MAE, and FPX. The platform does not accept payments in foreign currencies without an approved conversion.
Deposits
Deposits must be made from an account registered in the user's own name. 100x does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out in the platform's payments section. These limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals will be credited to the same account used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring manual verification. 100x reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be placed on hold pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses are subject to rollover requirements as explicitly stated in each offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until rollover conditions are met. 100x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture and further action against the account.
Intellectual Property, Liability Limitations & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 100x platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 100x or its respective licensors. You may not imitate, redistribute, copy, republish, or use any of these intellectual property elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial access for the sole purpose of enjoying the platform's services.
Liability Limits
The 100x platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be continuously available, free from interruptions, or technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 100x shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including balance loss due to technical disruptions beyond our control that have been promptly reported to the support team.
Third-Party Links
The 100x platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 100x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own separate terms and conditions, independent of 100x's terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Game outcomes are determined by an independently audited random number generator (RNG). 100x makes no representations regarding the odds of winning or potential earnings. All bets are placed at the user's own risk. The platform does not guarantee that any betting strategy or method will result in profit. Users are advised to play responsibly.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
100x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or any conduct that may be harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the platform will notify the user via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe. Any legitimate balance in the account will be returned once the investigation is concluded, provided no breach is established.
Users may also close their own account at any time via the account settings section or by contacting our support team. Account closure is permanent and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with the platform's privacy policy after the stipulated retention period.
Changes to These Terms
100x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an on-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 100x platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties. If a resolution is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree that Malaysia is the exclusive forum for any legal action relating to this platform.
